Carole Rapoport joined the Firm in January 2005. Previously, she was an associate at Sinsheimer and Associates. Carole's practice focuses primarily on civil litigation including medical malpractice, product liability and contract disputes.
Carole is a graduate of Boston University School for the Arts and a graduate of Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk, Carole was a member of the Moot Court Board, serving as Lead Articles Editor. Her article Dream Team or Evidentiary Nightmare: Defining When a Government Agency is Part of the Prosecution Team was published in Volume Nine of the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy.
Carole is a member of the American, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
