Attorney David Linsky joined Denner Pellegrino in 2009 after over 25 years as one of Massachusetts' premier trial attorneys. Linsky started his career in 1983 as an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, where he served under three different District Attorneys. During his fourteen years as a prosecutor, he prosecuted numerous high-profile cases, including murder, sexual assault, narcotics trafficking and white collar crime.
He has been in private practice with two other major Boston firms and has represented individuals and corporations in a wide variety of matters including governmental investigations, permitting matters, as well as representing many individuals in criminal defense and civil trial matters.
He has been an elected Member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives since 1999, representing the people of Natick, Sherborn and Millis and presently serves as the Chairman of the House Committee on Post Audit and Oversight and as the House Chairman of the Committee on Federal Stimulus Oversight. Very active in national Democratic politics, Linsky served as a Delegate to the 2008 Democratic National Convention pledged to President Barrack Obama, for whom he was an early supporter.
Attorney Linsky is a member of the Massachusetts and United State District Court Bar and is an active youth sports coach.
