Her criminal cases focus on the areas of both state and federal law as well as juvenile delinquency and youthful offender prosecutions.
A Boston College and New England School of Law graduate, Carol was on the Dean's list at both schools and was a Member of the New England Journal of Criminal and Civil Confinement during law school, where she published an article entitled Whitmore v. Arkansas: Execution of an Individual, Without a Prior Mandatory Appellate Review, Denied Scrutiny.
With a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from Boston University, Carol also brings a deeper understanding of family relationship dynamics to her legal practice, including in her work on Department of Social Services matters.
Carol participates in Plymouth County's Lawyer of the Day program in probate court, where she assists indigent clients in and trains new attorneys. In June 2004, she received the Program's Pro Bono Publicio Service Award.
